- LibChain testnet live, QBFT consensus
- Lib Explorer with lib1 addresses
- Faucet with free test tLIB
- Lib Wallet browser extension
- WtLIB wrapped coin, verified
LibChain is the blockchain of the Lib ecosystem, built for Lib Coin, Lib Wallet and the apps around them.
An Ethereum-compatible network for the Lib ecosystem, with fast finality and Lib Coin as its native coin. The testnet is open today.
LibChain is the Lib ecosystem's own blockchain. Lib Coin pays the fees, Lib Wallet keeps your keys on your device, and it runs the same smart contracts as Ethereum, so familiar developer tools work as usual.
LibChain uses QBFT consensus. Once a block is sealed it's final, so a transaction doesn't need to wait for extra confirmations.
The same EVM and the standard JSON-RPC interface, so Solidity contracts and tools like viem, ethers, Foundry and Hardhat work with the usual setup.
Lib Wallet and Lib Explorer can show an account as a lib1 address (Bech32 with a lib prefix) as well as its usual 0x form. Both point to the same account; use whichever your tools expect.
Lib Wallet keeps your keys encrypted on your device and opens each signature request in a separate approval window.
Blocks, transactions and tokens are visible on Lib Explorer, along with verified contract source such as WtLIB's.
Latest blocks from Lib Testnet.
Lib Coin (LIB) pays transaction fees on LibChain. It can be sent between accounts or wrapped for use in contracts.
Transaction and contract fees on LibChain are paid in Lib Coin.
Send it to any account, using either the lib1 or the 0x address.
Wrap it 1:1 into an ERC-20 for contracts that need a token. On testnet today: — WtLIB wrapped.
On testnet the coin is tLIB: free from the faucet, with no market value.

A self-custody browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Brave.
Blocks, transactions, tokens and contracts on Lib Testnet.
Free test tLIB for trying out the testnet.
Wrapped Lib Coin: an ERC-20 backed 1:1 by tLIB, with verified source.
Token swaps inside Lib Wallet, once a swap router is deployed.
Claims and airdrops in Lib Wallet, checked against an on-chain Merkle root.
NFT support in Lib Wallet, with ownership checked on-chain.
The production network, with its own explorer at explorer.libchain.tech.
A browser wallet for LibChain. Your keys stay encrypted on your device, and each request opens in its own approval window.
Testnet preview. Chrome Web Store release and an independent audit are on the roadmap.

Clear reviews before every send, and quick confirmation after.
Self-custody first: each signature request is shown before you approve it, and unsafe signing methods are turned off.
Standard EVM tools and a public explorer, so anyone can build on LibChain and see what happens on it.
Lib Testnet is open. Point your tools at the RPC and deploy: Solidity up to Cancun, standard JSON-RPC, no special SDK.

LibChain is the blockchain of the Lib ecosystem. It runs Ethereum-compatible smart contracts and uses Lib Coin for fees.
Lib Testnet is live: blocks, the explorer, the faucet and Lib Wallet all run today. Mainnet isn't live yet; it's phase three of the roadmap. Testnet coins (tLIB) have no market value.
Open the faucet, enter your address and request test tLIB. It's free and usually arrives within seconds. Lib Wallet has the faucet built in.
It's another way of writing the same account as your 0x address: Bech32 with a lib prefix. Lib Wallet and Lib Explorer show it; anything that expects 0x keeps using the 0x form.
Yes. LibChain speaks standard Ethereum JSON-RPC, so any EVM wallet works: add the network with the details under Developers. Lib Wallet also shows lib1 addresses and has the faucet built in.
Not yet. Lib Wallet is a testnet preview and hasn't had an independent audit. The audit is part of the Open testnet phase, before mainnet.
After the Open testnet phase is complete and audited. The date will be announced here first.
